A: The  Philistines learned the answer to Samson's riddle by pressuring and threatening Samson's new wife, who in turn nagged Samson until he revealed the secret on the seventh day  of their wedding feast. 

Q: How did Samson get the clothes to give to the Philistine?

A: Samson got the clothes by giving down to the Philistine city of Ashkelon where the Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon him to kill thirty men strip them of their belongings and take their clothes  to pay the bet he'd made with his  wedding companions.
