A: Obedince to God's voice and commands is more important to Him than sacrifices.  

Q: What happened to Saul's kingdom?

A: Saul's kingdom was taken away by God and given to David due to Saul's disobedience, specifically failing  to follow divine commands regarding the Amalekites and offering improper sacrifices.
