Q: What were the occupations of Cain and Abel?

A: Cain was a farmer (tiller of the ground) and Abel was  a shepherd (keeper of sheep.) 

Q:What offerings did the brothers bring to God?

A: Cain brought fruit from the soil. Abel brought the fat portions from the firstborn of his flock.

Q:Why was Cain angry?

A: Cain felt jealous and rejected because God accepted his brother's offering but not his own.
