Q:What did the people from Judea say Gentiles had to do?

A:According to the New Testament certain believers who came from Judea to Antioch stated that Gentiles had to circumcise and required to keep the Law of Moses to be saved. 

Q:How did Peter say people are saved?

A: A:Peter taught that people  are saved by repenting being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins and believing in him.
